Welcome Home, Baby

Mom, Dad and Baby are home and getting adjusted to their new lives.  Everyone is happy and well and thanks you all for your kind words and well wishes.

Let's Get This Baby OUT!!

Liane was admitted into Hillcrest Hospital at 7pm. She was given Cervidil and is expected to receive her first dose of Pitocin (if necessary) around 7am.
At least I get to sleep without having to check my phone for updates every few minutes. Ahhh... Goodnight!

2:45 am- Liane is having a lot of mild contractions so the nurse gave her Nubain for the pain and now she is sleeping... Or trying to at least. Dave said the baby is moving a lot!

8:00 am- No progress. The Cervidil didn't help her progress but she continues to be in slight discomfort.

Someone doesn't want to come out!

10:30 am- Liane is being prepped for her epidural. They will officially be starting her Pitocin within the hour. Let's all pray that this helps her progress and she isn't in labor for many hours.

12:47 am- "The doctor just checked her and she is 2 centimeters dilated! He is going to break her water now! We're in business baby! Little davey d is on his way!!!!" David

6:00 pm- 3cm. They giving her till 6:30 (7:30 ET) to get to 5cm otherwise they are moving forward with cesarean.

7:26 pm- 5cm!!! No cesarean just yet!!!

8:36 pm- Due to rapid heart rate in baby they are doing an emergency c-section. Any minute now!!!!

9:08 pm- He's here!!!!!

24-48 Hours...

In 24-48 hours my little man will be here!!!!!!!  I can barely control my excitement!  Liane goes in for her appointment tomorrow at 10:30 am.  Her doctor will either admit her at that time or have her come in later in the evening to be induced.  OMG...I am going to be an aunt.  Titi Jenny!!!  Ahhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Any Day Now...

Momma is large and ready to get this little man OUT!  Liane will be induced if she does not go into labor by Monday, August 13th.  Yes!!!
